Hong Lin

Hong Lin has over ten years of combined experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution. His current practice focuses on patent litigation and he has tried cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in district courts across the U.S. and at the International Trade Commission. Hong has been involved in all phases of patent litigation, including conducting due diligence of patent portfolios for acquisition, arguing at Markman hearings, taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions, and examining witnesses at trial.

With a strong technical background, Hong has handled cases in a variety of technical subject areas, including semiconductor packaging, Wi-Fi and cellular communications, smartphones, flash memory, computer security, computer networking, data compression, interactive television and content delivery, among others.
