Benjamin Brownlow has a broad background in complex commercial litigation, including patent infringement disputes in various technology areas, including network security, digital image processing, big data analytics software, mobile device power management, location-based services, and medical devices. He has significant experience developing litigation strategy, negotiating settlements, and evaluating patent portfolios.
Prior to joining Feinberg Day in February of 2020, Benjamin worked for several IP consulting firms, where he performed initial portfolio evaluation and infringement analysis and managed patent infringement litigation on behalf of corporate and individual inventor clients against a multitude of Fortune 500 defendants. Benjamin also has experience working in the legal department of an international investment bank, where he provided securities law guidance on a variety of legal issues impacting bank operations.
In 2018 and 2019, Benjamin was named to the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Strategy 300 list, which recognizes the world’s leading IP strategists leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.
