Kate Hart is an experienced, technically trained, patent litigator, and intellectual property attorney. She litigates complex patent cases in district courts throughout the country, including in the Northern District of California and the Eastern District of Texas. Ms. Hart is currently litigating patent cases involving LED technology, software for controlling functionality in smartphones and televisions, and other technologies. Ms. Hart’s litigation experience also includes misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, and related claims. Ms. Hart is admitted to practice in the U.S. Patent Office and is experienced with litigating IPRs, as well as other PTAB and TTAB proceedings. Before joining Feinberg Day Ms. Hart was a managing associate in the Dentons commercial litigation group, litigating intellectual property and patent infringement cases.
